You will receive news and new products directly to you membership site. Sometimes also to the mail address that is registered to your membership. Our goal is that you as a member will always receive news, products and offers first. However, we can`t guarantee that they will. It is your responsibility to inform us if you change your contact information like email adress for example, so that we can continue to keep you updated.
Your YouCanShape Network membership is personal and may not be transferred to anyone else.
YouCanShape AS may use information provided to us through sign-up in order to provide the correct products and services to customers. This information, in addition to information like shopping-patterns, video views and other behaviours, may be used to establish statistics about our members. Members will be kept anonymous. This statistics may be distributed to other partners and companies that we collaborate with.

By terminating your membership, your personal information is removed from our membership register. Some information, like email address, may still be used in marketing.

YouCanShape may change their pricing on membership when the material offered increases. We are also free to add and remove material from the membership site.
There is a 12 month binding subscription on YouCanShape Network membership. After 12 months, you can terminate your membership as you please. You have to send in your termination before the 25 every month to avoid being charged for the next month. If you terminate your subscription in the beginning of a month, you will have to pay for that month.

Membership cost 21 EUR a month with a 12 month subscription. If you have signed up for a campaign offer, this offer will last as long as the campaign details. If you buy products from your membership site, this will be paid for in addition to membership fee.
YouCanShape does not hold the legal responsibility that may occur in regards, or as a consequence of using our membership. We are in no way or form responsible for you and your health. Nor are we responsible for any workout injuries that you may inflict on yourself, neither under, or after your lifetime as a customer. You are sole responsible to follow the progression that has been outlined for you on your membership site. Also ALWAYS consult with you doctor.

By violating these guidelines we are free to terminate your membership immediately. Costs and remaining subscription fees will still have to be paid by you. No subscription fee or purchase will be refunded.
